I absolutely loved my stay, especially the spotless rooms and the amazing service from Martha. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing, and the heated pool was such a nice touch too. The living room area felt a bit dark, but it didn’t ruin my experience. I’d definitely recommend checking it out! 🌞

Our stay in the Premium Queen Suite was delightful! The spacious layout and comfy beds offered a perfect retreat after our busy days. Loved the complimentary breakfast—it had a great variety! We loved the spacious two-room suite, which was perfect for our family of five kids. The complimentary breakfast, with made-to-order omelets, was a big hit. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to visit nearby attractions like the Ringling Museum.
My wife says that the parking fees were quite steep and added up quickly. It would be great if they could offer free parking for families.

Spectacular views and tasty breakfast
I loved the spectacular waterfront views from my spacious corner suite. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly made omelets that were a great way to start the day. The helpful staff made my stay even better by ensuring everything was just right. However, the parking fees felt a bit excessive on top of the room cost.

The hotel impressed with spacious rooms and beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helped make the stay enjoyable. However, poor breakfast selection, slow valet parking, and a strong mildew smell on the floor were downers. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement.

Nice stay with a view!
We spent 3 nights in a super comfy two-room king suite. The views were amazing, especially from the pool area on the 8th floor. Loved the live music during the manager's reception too! Just wish the elevators were faster. they made us wait too long at times.

Heated rooftop pool with a great view!
I was incredibly frustrated when the lift was out of service. Having to lug my bags down several flights of grimy stairs was infuriating. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful when I requested assistance with my room not being ready.

The hotel has a great location close to downtown and restaurants, making it easy to get around. The breakfast was excellent, with a made-to-order option that was a highlight. However, I found the living space in my room a bit cramped and there wasn't enough natural light, which made it uncomfortable. Also, the pool could have been cleaner.
